The tapping points in EFT and how to use them

EFT is a powerful technique to reduce stress, overwhelm, anxiety, help you quit smoking and other cravings move towards your goal, improve self image, self worth, release emotional aspects of physical pain, release trauma and so much more.

When watching EFT videos, it is only the tip of the iceberg of what is possible and since EFT Tapping videos are general and not specific to you, they may not help you feel better until you tweak the wording or take a different approach.
