In the UK we have just gone into complete lockdown again for the 3rd time. Everyone is going to have a different response to this and everyone is going to be affected in some way or another.

Just because one person is angry about being controlled and another is terrified because they are vulnerable and covid could kill them doesn't mean we have to judge or be disrespectful to each other.

We need to be kind and accept that we are all different and challenged in our own way to this pandemic. The more we can embrace our differences to more kindness and connection we can create and radiate amoungst others.

This tapping routine is to create more kindness and connection with each other.
