Pain in the neck EFT Tapping

After having a very bumpy off road experience on a quad bike, I got a very painful neck which I imagine must be a bit like mild whiplash. The next day I decided to do some tapping to release some of the achiness and tension. I thought I'd record it in case it helps you too.
